Under the Charity Program, the Charity Fund, opened with the Bank, is replenished in three ways:
1. Bank funds
2. Customers – monthly fixed donations at their own discretion (starting from 100 AMD).
3. One-time donations by individuals or organizations.

Card service fees will not be charged from the cardholders, who have a Salary Service Agreement between their employers and the Bank, who receive their salaries through Visa “BARERAR” Card.
In case of internet transactions, the one-time password application system (3D Secure) is used.

Attention: Loan interest rates are calculated based on nominal interest rate. The actual annual interest rate shows how much the use of credit line will cost, if interest and other payments are made on time.

It is worth mentioning that Acba bank is the only bank in Armenia to charge a 1% commission when withdrawing cash from any ATM of any other bank in Armenia, with no minimum commission.
As a matter of fact, the card, being a Visa International payment card, is served in millions of trade and service points and ATMs in over 200 countries around the world. It shall also be noted that all cards of the Bank Visa system are chip cards, which makes it almost impossible to fake them and use these cards for fraud.

How long does it take to receive a card?
After filling in the card and card account application at any branch of the Bank, the Card will be issued to you within a maximum of seven business days, and the Card activation will take place within a maximum of one business day upon provision of the Card.
By filling out the card and card account application online, the ordering of the Card will be made after mutual agreement between the Bank and you.
What is required to receive a card?
After applying for the Card in any of the described ways, you must visit the Bank’s branch of your choice to receive the Card, presenting your identification document and public service number1.
1It is registered on the RA citizen ID card, stateless person permanently residing in RA, ID documents of immigrants, social security card issued earlier, as well as certificate issued by the body, holding state registry, or state registry certificate (original copy) on not receiving of a public service number.

The PIN code of the card is provided by the option, chosen by the customer, when ordering the card:
The card reissue is performed until the 10th business day of the last month of the card validity.
The decision on card reissuance is made by the Bank based on the volume of card transactions, card service commission payments and funds available on the account, and in case of credit line cards, also the number of overdue days.
The card shall be closed within three business days upon processing of all transactions, performed with the card previously, provided that the account balance is sufficient to process the card transactions and to charge the Bank fees.
The card can be closed only after fulfilling all the monetary obligations.
In case of failure to return the card to the Bank when submitting the Card Termination Application, the Cardholder bears full financial responsibility for transactions that do not require card verification (transaction authorization) after termination of the card.
Card confiscation is performed by ATMs, if:
In case of confiscation of bank cards, in case of visiting the Bank with the identification document within 3 business days, the card is returned to the customer by the branch that confiscated the card, if the customer does not wish to receive the card from another branch.
In case of confiscation of the cards of another Armenian bank in case of visiting the Bank with the identification document within 3 business days, the card is returned to the customer. If the cardholder fails to appear, the card shall be transferred to the issuing bank in accordance with the Bank's current procedure.
In case of confiscation of the card of a foreign bank, in case of visiting the Bank with the identification document within 1 business day, the card is returned to the customer. If the cardholder fails to appear, the card shall be transferred to the issuing bank in accordance with the Bank's current procedure.
The Card may be unblocked, only if the Cardholder confirms, orally or in writing, that the transactions have been completed.
The Bank may unilaterally block the Card, in case of overdue credit card liabilities or other overdue liabilities with the Bank, up to the first business day following the day of repayment of the overdue liabilities, as well as in other cases stipulated by the Agreement or by Armenian legislation.
The Bank may block the Cardholder Card without notifying the Cardholder, if there is a risk of fraudulent transactions with the Card.
The Cardholder has the right to appeal the operation, performed with their Card, within 55 (fifty-five) calendar days after its performance.
The Bank shall provide a valid response to the Cardholder within 90 (ninety) calendar days after the date of submission of the application.
The Bank bears no responsibility for:
a) delayed, incorrect or non-executed transactions, due to the fault of trade and service points or the Payment System or due to technical reasons that were beyond the Bank's reasonable control;
b) failure to make cash withdrawal or payment transactions with funds, not belonging to the Bank, if the Bank had no fault in the failure;
c) illegal transactions, carried out with Card or Card data, unless this is a consequence of the Bank's failure to perform its obligations under the Agreement;
d) operations through the PIN code with a microprocessor (chip) card, unless this is a consequence of the Bank's failure to perform its obligations under the Agreement;
e) online transactions, unless this is a consequence of the Bank's failure to perform its obligations under the Agreement;
f) transactions, that have been performed in breach of the security rules, set out in the Agreement.
g) disputes between cardholder and trade and service points;
h) disclosure of the account, PIN code, Card number, password and other Card information to the third parties for reasons, not related to the Bank.
Each month, the Bank informs the Cardholder about the Card transactions during the previous month, providing them with the card account statement.
In case of non-performance or improper performance of liabilities, the information on the Cardholder will be provided to the Credit Registry of the Central Bank of Armenia and ACRA Credit Bureau by the procedure, established by the RA legislation and the Bank's internal legal acts.
