In the public garden in the neighborhood of Gavar, the employees of the bank, together with the children and employees of the orphanage had organized a tree planting event, during which 100 trees were planted. With the help of the bank a playground was installed in the garden.
The location of the tree planting was not selected randomly, and this event was not the first one, performed by the Bank in Gavar. The support started back in 2014, when with the assistance of ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK, an educational center was established in Gavar orphanage for more than 60 children of orphanage aged 9-18 and children with low income families of the community. The funds were raised within the framework of the charity fund of Visa Benefactor card, issued by the Bank. The project budget is around 41 mln AMD.
