• If the amount of the time deposit is not requested after the termination of the deposit agreement or upon the occurrence of the circumstances provided for by the contract, the contract is considered to be extended with the terms of the demand deposit. • The Bank may not unilaterally reduce the deposit interest amounts, determined by the deposit contract, deposited with the term of its return upon expiry of a specified period or upon the occurrence of the conditions, provided for in the contract.
