List of documents required for concluding a corporate securities custody agreement
a) Accountholder's completed card, which will be given to the Accountholder at the Bank,
b) Identification document of the given individual, in case of availability of an authorized representative, also their identification document.
Attention: During the conclusion of the contract, additional information and documents may be required in order to best ensure the proper conduct of the securities custody process.

The provision of brokerage services by the Bank in the government securities market is accompanied by the provision of security services.
Within the framework of custody services, the Bank:
1. opens and maintains depo accounts for the customer, where the bonds belonging to the customer by the ownership right or managed by the customer by another right, defined by law, are registered.
The Bank opens the following types of depo accounts for customers:
2. provides statements and other references from depo accounts,
3. at the first request of the customer, as well as in case of termination of the custody contract, provides the Customer with the bonds, belonging to the latter, by transferring the bonds to the depo account of the Customer with another custodian.
