New digital features are available to you after the acba digital system update.
Now persons who are not bank customers can remotely, without visiting the bank, become bank customers via their smartphone from anywhere in the world. All you have to do is download the acba digital application, go through the registration process with biometric identification and fill in the required fields of your client's questionnaire. After registration, users will be able to order a card, open an account, make a deposit, get a 5G loan and make other transactions.

Registration
You can register in the application in a few minutes without visiting the Bank. Registration is available only for individuals with ID card, Passport of RA or PSN.
After the registration a limited access account will be opened for you. You can make utility payments and State payments up to 400.000 with you limited access account, make cash in transactions and order new physical card.
For having full application access, it is necessary to visit Bank branch once.
If you are a customer of the Bank, register with your account number or Bank card number.
Online Acquisition of Acba shares
Due to the primary public placement of the bank's shares, acba digital application is available for remote acquisition of shares. First in Armenia, acba digital application has introduced the opportunity to acquire shares entirely online.
In the Investments section of the application, you can open a new securities account at the Central Depository of Armenia, purchase shares issued by the Bank, see your current securities, securities account statements and other necessary information.
Apple Pay
From now on the IOS users of acba digital can attach their Visa and Mastercard cards to Apple Wallet and enjoy the pleasure of contactless payments. It is possible to attach the card both to iPhone and Apple Watch. With Apple Pay you can make payments and withdrawals all over the world. For more info.
NFC payments and withdrawals
With the acba digital application you can make NFC payments and withdrawals and enjoy the convenience of contactless payments with your smartphone all over the world. In order to use the service, you only need to digitize your Visa payment card.
*NFC payments are available only for Android users.
Contact transfers
From now on you can make instant transfers to the other customers of the bank via phone number/email without having banking credentials. To make a transfer you just need to enter the acba share digital tools section, select Contact Transfer and enter the recipient's contact information.
QR transfers
Transfers between acba digital users will be faster and easier with the help of QR scanning. To make a transfer you need to enter the acba share digital tools section, select QR transfers, to receive money select Receive and to transfer money select Send. The transfer will be made in seconds.
ATM transfers
From now on the users of acba digital can make cardless withdrawals from all ATMs of Acba bank. This digital tool allows withdrawing money from an ATM without having a physical card. In addition, you can withdraw cash even from your current account.
With the ATM transfer digital tool the users of acba digital can make 24/7 transfers to all AMTs located throughout the Republic of Armenia. All you have to do is provide the receiver the withdrawal code: the transfer is made in distance.
To make a withdrawal you need to select "Cashless withdrawal" from the ATM screen and enter the code.
Link transfer
Link transfer is an innovative way to send money request to other people. The service will allow acba digital users to generate a link, send it via Facebook, Viber or other channels to the person (s) from whom they want to receive money.
The person who received the link must fill in his / her card details in the opened page and make the transfer in seconds. Moreover, it is possible to make the transfer with both armenian and foreign cards. This means that you can use this digital tool to receive money from abroad from your close ones without providing additional banking details.
Money request
Acba digital users already have the opportunity to send money requests or to split the bill between several people.
It is only needed to choose from acba digital everyone, who shall transfer money, enter the amount and send a request. The entered amount will be automatically split between all participants.
Cards
In acba digital system you can order a new card (main, attached, additional, virtual), view all your bank card balances and statements, make payments and transfers, as well as change the card settings:
Visa Virtual
In acba digital system you can order Visa Virtual card and make online purchases without using a physical card. You can digitize your Visa Virtual card as well and make NFC contactless payments with your smartphone.
Other banks’ card attachment
From now on you can attach your other Armenian* banks’ cards to acba digital system from the cards section and make:
*exceptions ։ cards issued by "Unibank" OJSC, "VTB-Armenia Bank" CJSC and "Armbusinessbank" CJSC.
Accounts
With the acba digital system you can open a new current account, reopen or close it, make transfers, payments and loan repayments with the current account.
Deposits
With the acba digital system you can open a new deposit, terminate it or make deposit replenishments.
Loans
acba digital system allows you to get a 24/7 credit lines with deposit pledge and fast overdraft, as well as get credit with deposit pledge. From the credits section of the system you will be able to view the loan repayment schedule, make current and principal repayments.
Payments
From the "Pay" section of the acba digital system, make utility, mobile and road police penalty payments, or create templates for them and make further payments with just one confirmation.
Transfers
Make instant transfers via acba digital system, both through your own accounts and to other people's cards. From the "Transfer" section of the system, make:
Activate the "Periodic" service for your regular transfers and the transfer will be made by the Bank on the desired days entered by you.
You will be able to receive fast money transfers transferred to you from the Transfers section as well.
acba contacts
You can create contacts on behalf of your friends, family members or colleagues in the acba contacts section of the acba digital system, enter their personal and bank details to make transfers easier and faster. The acba contacts section will ensure the convenience of the transfer process, allowing you to select the credit account / card from the list of your contacts.
Visa Alias: Visa international transfers via phone number
As acba digital user, you now have the opportunity to make international card-to-card transfers without having the recipient's card details: you only need to enter the recipient's phone number.* To make a transfer you just need to enter the Card to card section, select Visa transfers, then With phone number option and enter contact details. The transfer will be made in seconds.
* The possibility of transfer by phone number is valid only if the recipient’ Bank is connected to the Visa Alias system.
Insurance
You can sign CMTPL insurance contract via acba digital. It is possible to conclude an insurance contract not only for your car, but also for your friend’s car.

Investments
The bank gives you the opportunity to sign a brokerage services agreement with acba digital without visiting the bank and submit purchase orders for shares, bonds issued by Acba Bank, as well as other corporate securities listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange.
Leasing
Clients of Acba Leasing CJSC can view all the basic information of the leasing products provided by Acba Leasing CJSC in the Other Services section, as well as carry out regular their repayment, partial repayment, property tax repayment, etc.

To BANK with acba digital on your tablet or PC, you need to log in to acba digital web platform. For two-step secure authentication, you need to enter the OTP code taken from your acba digital app or physical token.
* In case of the software damage the new hardware token will be provided free of charge.
