How long does it take to get a card?
After filling in the Card and Card Account application at any branch of the Bank, the Card will be issued to you within a maximum of seven business days, and the Card activation will take place within a maximum of one business day after the Card is issued.
By filling out the card and card account application online, the Card will be ordered after a mutual agreement between the Bank and you.
What do I need to get a card?
After applying for the Card in any of the above ways, you must visit the Bank of your choice to receive the Card, presenting your identity card and public service number.

The PIN code of the card is provided by the option chosen by the cardholder when ordering the card.

The cards are reissued until the 10th business day of the last month of the validity period of the card.
The decision on card reissuance is made by the Bank based on the volume of card transactions, card service commission payments and funds available on the account, and in case of credit line cards, the number of overdue days.
The card shall be closed within three business days after the card has been previously processed, provided that the account balance is sufficient to process the card transactions and to charge the fees charged by the Bank.
The card can be closed only after fulfilling all monetary obligations.
In case of failure to return the card to the Bank when filing the Card Termination Application, the Cardholder bears full financial responsibility for transactions that do not require card-based certification (validity check) until after the Card Termination.
Card seizure is done by ATMs if:
After receiving cash / balance request, the customer did not withdraw his card from the ATM,
an ATM connection failure or other technical malfunction has occurred.
In case of confiscation of bank cards within 3 business days with the identification document presented to the Bank, the card is returned to the customer by the branch that confiscated the card, if the customer does not wish to receive the card from another branch.
In case of confiscation of the cards of another Armenian Bank within 3 business days, if the card is presented to the Bank, the card is returned to the customer. If the cardholder fails to appear, the card shall be transferred to the issuing bank in accordance with the Bank's current procedure.
In case of confiscation of the card of the foreign bank within 1 business day, the card is returned to the cardholder upon presentation of the Bank with the identification document. If the cardholder fails to appear, the card shall be transferred to the issuing bank in accordance with the Bank's current procedure.
The Card may be unblocked only if the Cardholder confirms that the transactions in question have been made orally or in writing.
The Bank may unilaterally block the Card in case of Credit Card overdue or other overdue loans in the Bank, up to the first business day following the day of repayment of the overdue liabilities, as well as in other cases stipulated by the Contract or by Armenian legislation.
The Bank may block the Cardholder Card without notifying the Cardholder if there is a risk of fraudulent transactions with the Card.
The Cardholder has the right to appeal the operation performed with his Card within 55 (fifty-five) calendar days after its performance.
The Bank shall provide a valid reply to the Cardholder within 90 (ninety) calendar days after the date of submission of the application.
If the transaction complained of by the Cardholder is a cash transaction, it shall be subject to Bank's approval only if the ATM or the bank serving the cash point accepts the fact of non-provision of cash.
If the transaction complained of by the Cardholder is a payment, internet payment or Card Payment transaction, then it is subject to satisfaction by the Bank if the Bank receives back the amount of the disputed transaction from the bank servicing the payment transaction within the scope of the Payment System rules.
If the Bank decides not to proceed with the appeal process under the Card Payment Payment System rules, but the Cardholder wishes to apply to the final stage of the appeal process, apply to the Arbitration Committee of the Payment System, and to the Arbitration Committee as well as the other fees set by the Arbitration Committee. In case of making a decision of the party the expenses incurred by the Bank shall be reimbursed by the Cardholder.
The Bank is not responsible.
a) Delayed, incorrect or unfulfilled transactions arising out of the fault of merchants or service providers or the Payment System or for technical reasons that were beyond the Bank's reasonable control;
(b) Failure to make cash or payment transactions with funds not belonging to the Bank if the Bank has not been found guilty of the failure.
c) for unlawful transactions carried out through Card or Card data, unless this is a consequence of the Bank's failure to perform its obligations under the Contract
