Advantages of Escrow Account Transactions for the Buyer

The amount transferred to the special bank account by the Buyer can be received by the Seller only after submitting the relevant documents.
The buyer is insured against fraud, forgery, risk of paying for the submitted false documents,
The amount credited to the Escrow account will be refunded to the Buyer in case of non-fulfillment of the contractual obligations by the Seller.
