I hereby give my consent that: ● «ACBA BANK» CJSC will send requests to «ACRA Credit Reporting» CJSC and I am asking the latter to provide «ACBA BANK» CJSC with information regarding my current and past financial obligations and other data which «ACBA BANK» can take into consideration when making a decision on signing a loan (borrowing and etc.) agreement with me. ● In case of signing a loan (borrowing and etc) agreement with «ACBA BANK» CJSC during the whole validity period of the loan (borrowing and etc) agreement «ACRA Credit Reportingե CJSC can provide ,ACBA BANK» CJSC with information about my future financial obligations and other data without letting me know preliminarily. ● «ACBA BANK» CJSC makes a request regarding the property that belongs to me with the right of ownership to the RA GA State committee of the real estate cadastre and receive satisfying information regarding my property rights, including the data on its origins. In addition, the Bank should receive the copies of my ownership certificate, house plan and other necessary documents from cadastre until I completely fulfill my loan (borrowing and etc.) obligations. ● «ACBA BANK» CJSC sends a request to RA Traffic police regarding the vehicles that I own with the right of ownership and receive satisfying information about my property rights towards the vehicles, including their origins, and receive the copies of the ownership certificate and other necessary documents until I completely fulfill my loan (borrowing and etc.) obligations. ● «ACBA BANK» CJSC sends a request to «Motor insurers’ bureau of Armenia» and insurance companies and receive any information regarding the insurance of the vehicles that I own with the right of ownership (including the information regarding the insurant and insurer) until I completely fulfill my loan (borrowing and etc.) obligations. ● «ACBA BANK» CJSC requests information from the "Nork" Social Services Technology and Awareness Center Foundation and I request the latter to provide any information about me that may be used by the Bank.​ ● «ACBA BANK» CJSC can send me notifications about any information connected the services that ACBA BANK provides. ● I hereby declare, as well as I give my consent that under the «Personal Data Protection» Law of RA «ACBA BANK» CJSC (Aram 82-84, Yerevan, Armenia) will send a requests to the «Electronic Governance Infrastructure Implementation Office» CJSC (EKENG) over 50 years, in order to get any information about me from the data of RA Police Population Register, Civil Acts Registration Agency of RA Ministry of Justice, RA Traffic Police, RA Ministry of Health, State Register of Legal Entities and RA Compulsory Enforcement Service of Ministry of Justice, State Revenue Committee of RA, the RA Real Estate Cadastre Committee, RA Real Estate Cadastre Committee, which will be used and studied in any service delivery process, as well as my «ACBA BANK» CJSC will transfer personal information to «ACRA Credit Reporting» CJSC, Central Bank of Armenia, State Authorized bodies and legal entities in whose statutory capital ACBA BANK CJSC has direct or indirect participation. Consent / personal data may be recalled, corrected, deleted, and the processing of the data may be suspended on the basis of my written application. I realize that the provided information can influence the corresponding decision made by «ACBA BANK» CJSC. I have read the current agreement and I certify that it is completely clear and acceptable for me.
