ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK has started placing USD 5 million and AMD 700 million coupon bonds with a yield of 5.25% and 9.50%, respectively, since July 12, 2018. The term for circulation of securities in USD is 36 months and in AMD 24 months. The nominal value of one bond equals $100 and AMD 100,000 respectively.
Under the Law of RA on Guaranteeing Compensation of Bank deposits of Individuals, the funds raised as bonds, as well as bank deposits are guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Fund.
For acquiring the bonds one will need to fill in and submit the application-form to ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.
