In the frameworks of ‘‘Individual and professional project’’ subject five groups of 3rd year Management, Finance and Marketing faculty students of the French University of Armenia visited ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.

Trainings were organized during the visist and the Bank employees tried to pass their knowledge and experience to the students, as well as answer to the questions of students about the shpere and professional orientation.

They had meetings with the Chief Executive Officer, heads of Human Resource Management department, Marketing department, HRD and Training division, Marketing communications divison and Financial Analyses, Planning and Control division.

The CEO greeted the students, and noted that the Bank needs young professionals. He also presented the problems of banking system, its role in the economy and talked about the attractiveness of the sphere as an employer.

Welcoming the idea of organizing such mutually beneficial initiatives and speaking of the long-term cooperation with the French University of Armenia the head of Human Resource Management department mentioned that the every year the graduates and students of the French University of Armenia յօին the talented employess of the Bank. They show themselves as prepared, flexible, initiative and clever professionals.

The students were presented the mission of the Bank, corporate values, history, structure, the story of logo and name creation, slogan, branches and financial indicators.

Marketing department and Financial Analyses, Planning and Control division presented their main activities and the professional skills necessary for joining the teams.

At the end the students were presented the process of employment in ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK , the ways of filling in the job application and attending interviews.
