Within the framework of the Acba Business Club, representatives of the business community gathered to talk about the important topic for business: the advantages of franchising, the risks in the field, and the key issues of creating a franchise from scratch.
Acba Business Club initiated the meeting in cooperation with the Franchising Association of Armenia. The purpose is to introduce franchising to businessmen, which provides an opportunity to localize ready-made business models with a comprehensive risk assessment, expanding their own in the international market.
The guest of the Acba Business Club event was Viktor Lyashevsky, an international expert in franchising, a member of the board of the RA Franchising Association, who has implemented more than 200 franchising projects during his 15 professional years.
"The Armenian market is in a period of super growth and will continue to be so in the coming years. Businessmen, understanding the prospects of the market, can approach franchising more intelligently and create models that will have long-term, stable development," said Viktor Lyashevsky, an international franchising expert and member of the board of the RA Franchising Association.
Franchising presents a chance for businesses to grow in Armenia and internationally, as well as for established companies to broaden their scope and minimize risks while gaining assistance in growing their business, stated Armine Tumanyan, head of Acba bank's non-financial services team.
"Acba Business Club does very important work, it unites the Armenian business community and cooperates with various companies and associations, which, as a result, gives a synergy effect, which is extremely important," said Artur Vardanyan, president of the Franchising Association in the RA.
Acba is the first in the banking system to establish a business club in this format to develop entrepreneurship and create a new business culture, uniting the Armenian business community and becoming an important platform for exchanging experience and discussing business topics.
