One of the most anticipated events in the tech community, the Sevan Startup Summit, has once again brought together startups, innovators, investors, mentors, and technology professionals to network and create new business connections in a formal and informal setting.
As part of the Sevan Startup Summit, startups participate in various seminars, workshops, and masterclasses. In this context, a special talk was delivered by Tigran Simonyan, Deputy CEO and Director of Digital Platforms and Technologies at Acba bank, who presented the Bank’s successful experience in digital transformation.
We shared our digital transformation journey with young startups, along with the challenges we’ve faced since 2017 when we launched the bank’s digital transformation program. Naturally, there are many lessons learned that could be valuable for young startups to help them avoid making the same mistakes. This experience can support startups in becoming established and growing into large organizations. Of course, the digital transformation of business is a constant process and it is necessary to build a business model that is viable and ready to adapt, develop and evolve, so that it can withstand technological waves and develop, have new achievements," noted Tigran Simonyan, Deputy CEO and Director of Digital Platforms and Technologies at Acba bank.
