Sales Representative and Sales Team Manager

LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia, Head office

WORKING HOURS: 09:00 - 18:00

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present, promote and sell products and services of the company to the potential corporate clients
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain the client database
  • Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to fulfillment and follow up the whole process
  • Generate monthly sales forecasts
  • Implement and suggest improvements to the sales policies and procedures
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/ market potential
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team
  • Responsible for the objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Representatives
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Sales Manager with regard to competitive activity / programs/ problems/ opportunities with current/ prospective customers
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance and represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
  • Obtain and/ or possess detailed knowledge of equipment specifications and conditions
  • Maintain a list of prospects at all times and update frequently
  • Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Organize trainings about principal sales techniques for sales representatives at branches
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/ market potential, track sales and status reports

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher education preferably in the sphere of Marketing, Business Economics or similar; a master's degree is a plus
  • Work experience in sales or marketing is preferable
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling services
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Good negotiator with an ability to lead communications to win-win solutions
  • Ability to work independently with own initiatives and stay a good team player at the same time
  • Good computer skills
  • Flexibility and an ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Well-organized person with a sense of responsibility; problem-solving skills
  • Strong business sense
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take part in the development of applications
  • Effectively communicate with co-workers and Bank’s structural divisions
  • Develop functions corresponding to technical features
  • Implementation of software security source code and functionality tests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher education in the sphere of information technologies
  • Development and programming of SQL Server database
  • Good knowledge of C# , ADO.NET and T-SQL
  • Knowledge of OOP basic principles
  • Knowledge of ASP.Net MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jquery and AJAX will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to cooperate with the team and collaboratively work on projects

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • MS SQL 2008/2016 server administration (backup/restore, replication, security, clustering, T-SQL scripts, performance monitoring/tuning, SSIS, SSRS)
  • Database analysis and optimization
  • Data preservation system and productivity optimization, problem detecting
  • Participation in the processes of database creation and development (DB structure, business-logic)
  • SQL-servers work and database monitoring, diagnostics, analytics and eradication of occurred problems,
  • Backup configuration, high-availability and failover provision
  • Consulting the programmers regarding data optimization and various database integration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher education on the sphere of information technologies
  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL 2008/2016 server administrating
  • Knowledge of T-SQL language
  • Knowledge of C#/VB.net languages is preferable
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English

TITLE: SME and Corporate Business Products Management and Sales Division Specialist

LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia, Head office

Job responsibilities:

  • Liaise with SME and Corporate business advisers to develop specific sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure SME and Corporate business advisers’ team is on board
  • Review specific customers requests and develop specific offers
  • Suggest sales processes’ improvements
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients

Required qualifications:

  • BS degree in Economics or other relevant field
  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills

  • Required Languages- Armenian, Russian, English
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Work experience in banking sector, specifically in SME & Corporate client relationship management is plus
