Dear Customer, you can represent your complaints-demands by calling (374 10) 31 88 78 phone number or by sending e-mail to acba@acba.am as well as send by the address “ACBA BANK” OJSC, Yerevan, 0002, 82-84 Aram Street.
Everyone has the right to receive within 3 business days upon representing written application the copies of information about ACBA Bank OJSC defined by Laws of RA on “Banks and Bank Activities” (article 20 part 3 and article 43 part) and on "Securities Market" (articles 16, 120 and 126 part 1).

In the case of simple post delivering of the information (before 150 grams) - AMD 1,000 (including VAT),
In the case of delivering by correspondence and electronic delivering - free of charge.

Dear customer, we inform you that your rights can be defended by court, as well as by the Financial System Mediator.

In the case of applying to court, the dispute spread between you and ACBA BANK OJSC solves the court. You can apply to court at any stage of examination of the complaint. The decision of the court can not be reviewed by the Financial System Mediator.

In the case of applying to the Financial System Mediator the dispute spread between you and ACBA BANK OJSC is being solved by the Mediator by the rules, defined by the RA Law of "Financial System Mediator".

The services of Financial System Mediator are free of charge.

In the case of having complaints, you first of all have to address to "ACBA BANK" OJSC. ACBA BANK OJSC has to answer to your complaint in 10 working days. After receiving answer from “ACBA BANK” OJSC, You may address to the Financial System Mediator.

The Financial System Mediator can not examine your complaint, if
1. After representing the complaint 10 days have not passed and you have not received the answer of the ACBA Bank OJSC or
2. you do not demand money or other property compensation, or
3. the reimbursement, demanded by you exceeds AMD 10 million (or the amount of money equivalent to that), or
4. after receiving the answer of "ACBA BANK" OJSC more than 6 months have passed, or
5. The action or inaction disputed by you took place before August 2, 2008.

We have to mention also that the Financial System Mediator can not examine your complaint, if it is being examined by the court (or arbitration tribunal) or there is the verdict of the court (or arbitration tribunal) on the complaint.

Dear customer, we inform you that “ACBA BANK” OJSC renounce the right of calling in questions the decisions of Financial System Mediator.
It means, that "ACBA BANK" OJSC can’t call in questions by court the decisions, taken by the Financial System Mediator against "ACBA BANK” OJSC.

You can appeal by complaints to RA Central Bank. We inform you that Central Bank is not authorized to solve the disputes, spread between you and "ACBA BANK” OJSC, but can undertake the measures towards "ACBA BANK” OJSC, if it became known, that "ACBA BANK” OJSC has broken the demands of the Law.
