Recently, there has been some news circulating about the unilateral decision of the Armenian banks to increase the interest rates for the customers with previously signed and currently operating loans. ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK officially announces that we do not and we will not implement such kind of actions.
The interest rate of the previously provided loan is decided beforehand in the fixed interest rates stated in the loan contract with the bilateral agreement reached with the customer. It cannot be changed unilaterally under any circumstances.
