The remote identification system is now available on the acba digital platform. The new function of biometric identification makes access to financial services from anywhere in the world simple and convenient.

Within minutes, without visiting the bank, from anywhere and at any time, by registering in the acba digital system, users will have the opportunity to use the package of banking and non-banking services offered by Acba bank: open an account, make a deposit, get a loan, make transfers and payments, etc.

After downloading the acba digital application, to use the remote identification system, you need to scan your passport or ID card, and then identify your facial biometric data.

"Those who don't have an account with us will be able to download the application in a few seconds, register, and pass biometric identification at a place and time convenient for them. For example, at home, on the beach or while drinking coffee, it is now possible to authenticate and use banking services. Previously, customers were required to visit physical branches, but now they have the option to save time and avoid standing in queues or getting stuck in traffic. Users can simply arrange for their registration to be done at a location of their choice," stated Artur Karchikyan, the Head of the Digital Business Department at Acba bank OJSC.

"With the introduction of remote registration with biometric identification, Acba bank has taken another step closer to its customers. What does this mean? From now on, without visiting the bank, users can become full-fledged customers with the acba digital application, order digital and other cards online, make investments, apply for credit and use all the bank's services with 24/7 access from anywhere in the world, noted Davit Brutyan, the Head of the Digital Products and Channels Department at Acba bank OJSC.

In the near future, there will be new updates on the acba digital platform, which will make financial services in Armenia even more digital, accessible and convenient.
