To further reinforce transparent governance, the Acba bank group has launched a new whistleblowing platform, accessible to all stakeholders and operated by the independent European provider Whispli.
Whispli enables organizations to foster a safe and ethical work environment by ensuring full anonymity for whistleblowers.
The platform is fully independent and not integrated with the internal systems of the Acba bank group, providing an additional layer of confidentiality and protection. It is available through the bank’s official website via the “Whistleblowing” button.
In addition to the online platform, a dedicated whistleblowing hotline is available at +374 33 35 35 71. For voice messages, automatic voice masking is applied to ensure complete anonymity and prevent identification.
