ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK continues the series of the free of charge business trainings for SME representatives in regions.

Another two-day business training took place in Gyumri and included the newly-installed topics - “Hotel services marketing”, “Customer care”. Around 20 representatives of small and medium enterprises of Shirak region took part in the trainings.

"A month ago, ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK CJSC and RA Shirak Regional Administration signed a memorandum on which we undertook to unite our efforts in SME sector development in Shirak. The employees of the Bank, who have recently received International Trainer Certification by the International Finance Corporation (IFC Business Edge), this year have conducted training courses outside Yerevan as well, including Lori, Armavir, Syunik as well as Shirak regions, and this is the fourth training course in Shirak.

We can state that this year we have a flow of tourists and the content of the business training course for the hotel business in the region is conditioned by the demand in the sector and the vision of the upcoming developments. We are convinced that both our accumulated experience through 20 years and international experience we shared with our colleagues in Shirak in the framwork of the training during these days will have a positive impact on the quality of their services and their business development, "said the Bank's Head of Development and Marketing Department Arsen Melkonyan.

ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK has implemented 55 free of charge business courses with over 700 SME representatives from over 380 organizations.
