With the support of Acba bank, the latest Silicon Mountains forum took place. This year, the focus of the discussion among industry experts was on the opportunities provided by artificial intelligence, as well as mechanisms for making processes in organizations more efficient through the use of AI tools.
During the panel discussion organized on the topic of "Artificial Intelligence and Automation", Acba bank's experience in this field was presented. Acba bank was one of the first in the Armenian financial and banking sector to create a separate artificial intelligence department, saving human resources and time.
“At Acba bank, we use AI to automate certain processes. For example, integrating an AI component into the loan issuance process accelerated several workflows. Overall, some processes became faster, while others became more efficient in terms of performance,” noted Mher Movsisyan, Head of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Department at Acba bank.
