ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK has announced about a public offer of coupon bonds on December 21, 2017 with a total volume of 1 billion AMD, with a yield of 9.2% per annum, with 30-month circulation term. The nominal value of one bond will be 100,000 AMD.
One investor can earn at least 5, and a maximum of 2,000 bonds. Bond placement will be completed no later than February 21, 2018.
According to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Guaranteeing Bank Deposits of Individuals", the funds attracted by the Bank's nominal bonds are considered as guaranteed bank deposits and are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
To acquire these bonds investors should fill an application form for individuals or an application form for legal entities and submit it to ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.
