According to the RA Law "On Guarantee for Compensation of Bank Deposits of Individuals", funds involved in nominal bonds issued by the bank are considered a guaranteed bank deposit and are guaranteed by the "Deposit Guarantee Fund". The bank is controlled by the Central Bank of Armenia.
