In case of card loss or theft it is necessary to call (010) 31 88 99 or (010) 59 22 22 all day service center immediately and inform about the card loss. Instantly after the call the card operation will be suspended.
The delay of notifying the Bank about the card loss can lead to transaction operations by other persons.
The Cardholder bears the responsibility for all transactions performed with the card up to the point of notifying the Bank about the necessity to block the card because of its loss or theft.
