Within the scope of insurance, medical insurance is provided to individuals who are citizens of RA, whose:

• place of permanent residence is Armenia,
• age does not exceed 69 years at the time of signing the insurance contract, and up to 70 years in case of renewal of the contract.
  
  

The insurance contract enables:

• Treatment of critical diseases in advanced medical centers of the world,
• Confirmation of diagnosis abroad,
• Choosing the best treatment method and clinic,
• Visa support,
• Providing travel expenses and hotel.

• The insurance contract is signed for a period of 1 year with the possibility of extension
• An insurance contract can be concluded by:
  • legal entity,
  • A natural person over the age of 18.
• The customer can sign an insurance contract for themselves or other individuals
• The following waiting periods apply to the insurance contract:
  • 180 days for individuals,
  • 90 days for infants.
• In the framework of the insurance contract, compensation can be provided:
  • Maximum annual compensation limit – 500,000 euros,
  • lifetime compensation limit – 1,000,000 euros,
  • Reimbursable travel expenses for the Insurable Person and their 1 companion/care giver - up to 25,000 EUR (economy class),
  • translation services - paid in full,
  • cancer treatment - fully reimbursed,
  • coronary shunting - fully reimbursed,
  • heart valve replacement - fully reimbursed,
  • transplantation of organs or tissues from a living donor - fully reimbursed,
  • neurosurgery - fully reimbursed,
  • bone marrow transplantation - fully reimbursed,
  • accommodation expenses (of the customer and 1 companion/guardian of the customer) - up to 10,000 EUR,
  • inpatient treatment - fully reimbursed,
  • pre-operative and necessary pre-operative treatment - fully reimbursed,
  • postoperative outpatient treatment (including in the country of permanent residence, if required, after return) - up to 90 days,
  • travel expenses for continuing outpatient treatment in the postoperative period within the travel expenses - up to 60 days,
  • Medicines necessary to continue treatment in the country of residence (for all cases, except cancer) - 25,000 euros,
  • repatriation - fully reimbursed.

• Pre-existing diseases are excluded from insurance coverage.

• To conclude an insurance contract, it is necessary to:
• visit the nearest branch of the bank,
• submit an identification document and a certificate of public services number / reference on not receiving a public service number.
