UBPay

UBPay is a non-commercial money transfer system between individuals that allows sending and receiving transfers without opening an account.

To make a transfer, it is required to:

For the execution of transfers, the client must present an identity document in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Armenia's Decision No. 767 dated December 22, 1999.
Indicate the recipient's country, city, and full name.

Submit an identification document according to RA Government Decision N 767, 22.12.1999 and transfer code (codes of these system consist of 11 digits).

Transfers are accepted and paid in AMD, USD, RUB and EUR.

The beneficiary receives the net amount and does not pay any commission upon receipt.
The commission fee for transfers sent from the Republic of Armenia is paid by the sender in Armenian drams.
The following tariff is applied within the system: 1% of the transferred amount.
