0% interest rate loans will be provided to the following beneficiaries:
For individuals:
1 It is necessary to make the note “Authentic with the original”, sign and mention the date. If the customer is a legal entity, the mentioned reports should be signed by the director of the legal entity or a competent person, as well as sealed with a round seal.
2 The documents are required if the information or documents in RA MJ state registry database are missing or are incorrect.
3The reference can be obtained from, the Bank or RA MJ state registry agency, moreover, it is mandatory for the legal entities to present the reference, and for private entrepreneur customers it is mandatory in case of not presenting the legal entity’s state registry certificate with its inserts.
4 Can be presented after the positive decision of the Bank on loan disbursement.
In case of not having an account at the Bank it is necessary to also present documents (original copies) necessary to open an account at ACBA BANK.
An example of loan interest calculation:
The loan subsidized and non-subsidized interest rates are calculated based on the loan balance. The non-subsidized interest rate is subject to payment by the customer.

In case of non-fulfillment of obligations by the borrower on time, a penalty of 0.13% is calculated for each overdue day.
In case of foreign currency loans, the basis for calculating the annual actual interest rate is the exchange rate published on the official website of the Central Bank of Armenia as of the loan disbursement date, and the annual actual interest rate may change depending on the change in the exchange rate published on the official website of the Central Bank.
In case of loans up to AMD 5 million or equivalent in foreign currency, the Borrower has the right to unilaterally terminate the loan agreement within 7 working days after its conclusion. In this case, the borrower is required to pay interest to the creditor in order to use the loan amount, which is calculated in accordance with the actual annual interest rate stipulated in the loan agreement. No other compensation may be claimed from the borrower in connection with the termination of the loan agreement.
In case of loans up to 5 million AMD or equivalent in foreign currency, the borrower has the right to fulfill (repay) the obligations under the loan agreement ahead of time, regardless of whether such a right is envisaged by the loan agreement or not.

Confiscation of collateral
THE PLEDGED PROPERTY CAN BE CONFISCATED, IF THE BORROWER DOES NOT DULY REPAY THE INTEREST AMOUNTS AND LOAN AMOUNT. IF THE COLLATERAL VALUE IS INSUFFICIENT, THE BORROWER’S LIABILITIES WILL BE REPAID AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHER PROPERTY OF THE BORROWER.
