In case of internet transactions, the one-time password application system (3D Secure) is used.

The PIN code of the card is provided in the option selected by the cardholder when ordering the card.

• In paper, in which case the PIN code is provided in a sealed envelope,
• Through an SMS message, in which case a one-time six-digit code is sent to the cardholder's phone number registered in the Bank for receiving an SMS message, which is used to set a new PIN code through an ATM.

Cards are reissued by the 10th working day of the last month of the card's validity period.

The decision on reissuing the card is made by the Bank based on the volume of operations performed with the card, card service commission payments and funds available in the account, and in the case of cards with a credit line, also the number of overdue days.

The card is closed within three working days after processing all operations previously performed with the card on the card account, provided that the balance of the account is sufficient to process the operations performed with the card and to charge commission fees for them as per the Bank's tariffs.

The card can be closed only after fulfilling all obligations in AMD.

If the card is not returned to the Bank when submitting an application for termination of the card's validity, the cardholder bears full financial responsibility for transactions that do not require certification (verification of the authority to perform the operation) performed with the card after the termination of the card's validity until the end of the card's validity period.

The card is seized by ATMs if:

• after the cash withdrawal/balance inquiry operation, the customer did not take their card from the ATM,
• ATM connection failure or other technical malfunction occurred.

In case of confiscation of bank cards, in case of visiting the Bank with an identification document within 3 working days, the card is returned to the customer by the branch that seized the card, if the customer does not wish to receive the card from another branch.

In case of confiscation of cards of another Armenian bank, the card will be returned to the customer if they present their identification document to the Bank within 3 working days. In case of non-appearance of the cardholder, the card is transferred to the card-issuing bank according to the current procedure of the Bank.

In case of confiscation of a foreign bank's card, the card is returned to the cardholder upon presentation of an identification document to the Bank within 1 working day. In case of non-appearance of the cardholder, the card is transferred to the card-issuing bank according to the current procedure of the Bank.

The card can be unblocked only if the Cardholder verbally or in writing confirms that the given transactions have been performed by them.

The Bank may unilaterally block the Card in case of overdue liabilities for the credit provided by the Card or other loans in the Bank, until the first working day following the repayment date of the overdue liabilities, as well as in other cases defined by the Agreement or provided by RA legislation.

The Bank may block the Cardholder's Card without informing the Cardholder if there is a risk of fraudulent transactions with the Card.

Cardholder has the right to appeal the operation performed with their Card within 55 (fifty-five) calendar days from the date of its execution.

The Bank submits a reasonable answer to the Cardholder within a maximum of 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of submission of the application.

• If the transaction appealed by the Cardholder is a cash receipt transaction, it is subject to satisfaction by the Bank only if the bank servicing the given ATM or cash provision point accepts the fact of non-disbursement of cash.
• If the transaction appealed by the Cardholder is a payment transaction, a payment made via the internet, or a payment transaction with the presentation of Card data, it is subject to satisfaction by the Bank, if within the framework of the appeal process provided by the rules of the Payment System, the Bank receives back the amount of the appealed operation from the servicing bank.
• If the Bank decides not to continue the appeal process within the framework of the appeal process provided by the rules of the payment system serving the Card, but the Cardholder wants to apply to the last stage of the appeal process, to apply to the arbitration committee of the given Payment System, then the commission fees set for applying to the arbitration committee, as well as in case of a decision by the Payment System in favor of the other party, the costs incurred by the Bank are reimbursed by the Cardholder.

The Bank bears no responsibility for:

• delayed, incorrect or unimplemented operations caused by the fault of the trade and service points or the Payment System or due to technical reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Bank,
• the failure of cash withdrawal or payment operations performed with funds not belonging to the Bank, if the Bank was not at fault for the failure,
• illegal operations carried out using the Card or Card data, if this was not a consequence of the Bank's failure to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement,
• operations carried out using a PIN code with a microprocessor (chip) card, if this was not a consequence of the Bank's failure to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement,
• operations carried out via the internet, if this was not a consequence of the Bank's failure to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement,
• operations performed in violation of the security rules defined in the Agreement,
• disputes between the cardholder and trade and service points,

• disclosure of account, PIN code, Card number, password and other Card information to the third parties for reasons independent of the Bank.

Every month, the Bank informs the Cardholder about the operations performed with the Card during the previous month, providing them with a statement from the card account.

In case of non-fulfilment or improper fulfillment of the obligations, the information about the Cardholder will be provided to the Credit Register of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia and the ACRA Credit Bureau in accordance with the procedure established by the RA legislation and the internal legal acts of the Bank.
