1 The documents are required is the information is not correct or is missing from the RA MJ state registry database.
2 The reference can be received from the Bank or the state registry of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia. Moreover, the legal entities are obliged to present the reference, and the private entrepreneurs are obliged in case of not presenting the legal entities state registry certificate with its insets.
3Can be presented after a positive decision by the Bank on providing the loan.
In case of not having an account in the Bank it is necessary to submit the original versions of the documents required to open an account in “ACBA BANK” OJSC.
