The ACBA Ticket mobile app lets you pre-register and be served at the Bank at your scheduled time. The app is available for iOS and Android operating systems.

ACBA Ticket mobile application makes it possible to make an appointment in advance and be serviced in the Bank at your chosen time. The application is available in iOS and Android operational systems.

The application works with the following logic:

Logging in into the application, you shall select:

date
hour
branch
service
reminder time;

clicking on “Create Ticket”, the application will provide an electronic ticket or taking into consideration the workload of the branch, chosen by you, it will offer you to make an appointment at a less busy hour;
reaching the branch, you should activate the electronic ticket before the appointment time with the QR code in the branch or enter the four digit code on the queue management machine, and take paper ticket.

Using ACBA Ticket application, you will benefit from a number of advantages:
