In case of loss or theft of the card, it is necessary to call (010) 31 88 99 or (010) 59 22 22 immediately to inform about the loss of the card. The card will be terminated immediately after the call.
Delay in notifying the Bank of the card loss may result in other card transactions.
The Cardholder shall be liable for card transactions until the time when he / she notifies the Bank of the need to terminate the card due to card loss or theft.
To replace or close the Card, contact the Bank within 7 (seven) calendar days after blocking the Card.
