• After receiving the card, sign in the special signature field on the back of the card
• Remember the PIN code and destroy the receipt containing the PIN code, avoid storing the PIN code with the card
• Avoid writing the PIN code on the card, phone or computer and keep the card out of the reach of third parties, do not share the PIN code with other persons, including Bank employees
• Keep your card information safe and do not send it to other people via SMS, e-mail or any other means, as well as do not post a picture or other material on social networks that may contain information about the card, in particular:
• Card number
• Card PIN code
• Bank password
• Three-digit or four-digit numbers written on the front or reverse side of the card CVV/CVC
• Validity period indicated on the card,
• One-time (3D SECURE) password sent to the phone number registered with the Bank via SMS,
• One-time (3D SECURE) password sent to the e-mail address registered with the Bank via e-mail.

When concluding a contract with the customer, the Bank provides the latter with the minimum conditions for the safe use of the card.

In case of loss of the card or suspicion of illegal use, immediately call the Bank's 24-hour service center at (+374 10) 31 99 99.

• Branded, expensive products are usually presented at counterfeit websites at prices much lower than the official prices of those products.
• Big discounts (80-90%) or very small deadlines (for example, 30 minutes left until the end of the discount) are usually used to attract visitors. Fraudulent websites often use a stopwatch to mark the end of the discount, which is zeroed after the site is updated.
• Counterfeit websites use cheap, contextual advertising with often suspicious posts (that is, a customer enters a fraudulent site with an ad link placed on another site).
• The design of fraudulent websites usually looks cheap, often the designs of several websites are duplicated. There is no information about the legal entity, there are no addresses or telephone numbers, or they are not real.
• The fact that they do not have a page on a social network can be another differentiating factor.
• When entering fraudulent sites in search engines (Google, Yandex, Bing), as a rule, information about the site being fraudulent (Fraudulent) appears on the first page (Fraud Alert).
• Ads on counterfeit sites are often posted on social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, which often inspires faith in buying from a counterfeit site. There is a big trend of activation of such sites on the days called "Black Friday", as it is known to people as a day of big discounts.
• Carefully check the URL of the site to make sure it is entered correctly. Counterfeit site URLs are usually slightly different from real site URLs (e.g. www.gogle.com not www.google.com ).
