Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice
This advance procurement notice (APN) is not a bid solicitation or request for proposal. The purpose of this APN is to inform interested parties that the Owner wants to build an office building for ACBA Group of companies, and plans to call for respective proposals from qualified contractors and construction supervisors.
Currently, at the date of this APN, it is the phase of final adjustments of the Detailed Design and preparation of the Tender Documents.
It is planned to announce the respective tenders on or about March 22, 2022.
The announcements will be published on ACBA Federation, ACBA Bank and Technocrat Legal web pages (at https://acba-federation.am/, https://www.acba.am/ and https://technocrat.am/), however, if you are interested in either the construction or supervision tender, please, indicate your interest by sending Application for Receiving Tender Documents attached herein to the Owner’s Tendering Consultant at e-mail address given above, and the Owner’s Tendering Consultant will send you vie e-mail additional data and will inform you directly on the start of tendering process.

Time for Completion: 18-24 months (This item is indicative for the purposes of this APN, the specific Time for Completion will be given in the final Tender Documents)
Tendering Process:
International competitive bidding procedure will be used for Construction Works tender and selection based on quality and cost for the Supervising Services respectively. FIDIC Forms of Contract will be used for Construction Works and Construction Supervision Services.
