The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of "ACBA BANK" OJSC will be held on 29th of May 2025 at 15:00 at "FOODPARK BY DOWNTOWN" center with the limited in-person presence of shareholders. Shareholders who will not be present in-person will have the opportunity to participate and vote in the annual general meeting in real time by special means of communications.
Shareholders of the Bank that were registered in the shareholder register of the Bank as of 18:00 of 2nd of May 2025, regardless of the number of shares owned, will have the right to participate in the general meeting and to receive annual dividends. The final decision on the payment of dividends will be made by the general meeting.
All shareholders of the Bank will receive the notice and all the necessary information on the annual general meeting on 7th of May via emails, and in cases where email is unavailable, the information will be provided in hard copy.
