Please be informed that on December 28 the majority shareholder of ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK CJSC, the ACBA Federation CJSC owning 71% of the Bank's shares, purchased from three physical persons their share of 1% in the equity of the Bank. As a result the share of ACBA Federation comprises 72% in the equity of "ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" CJSC.
