Be informed that on December 28, 2017 ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK CJSC bought from three physical persons the 16 stocks in the company equity of "ACBA LEASING" CJSC. As a result of the transaction, ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK CJSC has gained 100% share in ACBA LEASING CJSC.
