The new head office of Acba bank is being constructed using unique architectural solutions, Armenian style, while keeping high international standards.

The office will consist of 7 floors and will have an area of about 13 thousand square meters.

The project owner and sponsor is the bank's main shareholder Acba Federation. The Italian Renko company will maintain the construction organization.

“This strategic location was acquired 18 years ago by the bank’s former CEO, the late Mr. Gishyan, who had the vision of establishing a new head office. Ideally situated at the “gateway” to Yerevan when coming from the airport, this land was chosen to build the bank's new head office. With the construction of this new office, we have a message for our generations that we should all be anchored in our homeland and build the future and personal happiness in our country. I assure you, wherever you go, there is no better city than Yerevan, there is no better country than Armenia, there are no better people than the Armenian people," said Hakob Andreasyan, Chief Executive Officer at Acba bank OJSC.

"This project is Renko's biggest project implemented in Armenia. We approached it with great responsibility, we understand how important it is for the bank’s future. Our designers worked with the bank's team and we tried to combine modern approaches with Armenian elements. Renko has been in Armenia for 20 years. We have implemented various projects, but this building will be unique and meet all international environmental standards," said Andrea Dellasanta, General Director at Renko Armenia.

"The project launched 4 years ago. We presented the concept to the bank's management - our goal was to have a unique building. After long discussions, this project emerged, which has a soul in it. The building complies with the international LEED certification, it is the first building of this level in Armenia, all environmental rules have been observed, from water and energy saving to air quality and green zones creation," said Guido De Novellis, Chief Architect of the project.
