Example of calculation of a credit line
In case of a credit line with VISA Classic card with 60 months validity, 14% annual interest rate, 1,000,000 AMD, the annual interest rate will make 11.19%. The daily interest amount will make Credit Line Used Amount × Interest Rate ÷ 365 = (700,000 × 14% ÷ 365) = 383.5 AMD.
In case of credit lines in foreign currency, the basis for the calculation of the annual actual interest rate is the exchange rate published on the official website of the CBA on the day of provision of the loan; the actual annual interest rate may change depending on the change in the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of Armenia.

THE PLEDGED PROPERTY CAN BE CONFISCATED, IF THE BORROWER DOES NOT DULY REPAY THE INTEREST AMOUNTS AND LOAN AMOUNT. IF THE COLLATERAL VALUE IS INSUFFICIENT, THE BORROWER’S LIABILITIES WILL BE REPAID AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHER PROPERTY OF THE BORROWER.
