ACBA MOBILE
The ACBA Mobile application allows you to manage your bank accounts without visiting the Bank, any time, anywhere, only with your mobile phone connected to the internet.
This mobile app allows Bank customers, who have iOS or Android smartphones and tablets, to consult the status, balance and other information about all their Bank accounts, make transfers within Armenia, pay utility and other bills, learn about the current foreign currency exchange rates of the Bank, view the location of nearby Bank branches and ATMs on the map according to their location, making Traffic police fee payments in the Transactions section, copying transactions, etc.
Security
User identification in the system is performed through two-layer secure authentication, using a user name and password, as well as a PIN code. All transactions performed through the ACBA Mobile app require a confirmation with a PIN code.
Use ACBA Mobile to manage your accounts at any hour of day or night, wherever you please. All you need is a mobile phone connected to the internet, and the ACBA Mobile app.

When logging in to the ACBA ON-LINE system, fill in the respective fields with your user name and password supplied to you by the Bank and the one-time password generated through the ACBA Mobile app.

How to activate and use the ACBA Mobile app?
1.1. Download the ACBA Mobile app
1.1.1. If you use the ACBA ON-LINE PC-banking system through the ACBA Token app, all you need to do is visit acba.am and fill out and submit the “Change of mobile token” application. Our specialists will contact you and send an activation code for the ACBA Mobile app to the e-mail address you supplied.
1.1.2. If you use the ACBA ON-LINE PC-banking system with a security token hardware, you will need to return your token hardware to the Bank. The simultaneous use of a token hardware and the mobile app is not permitted. You will receive the activation code for the mobile app on your e-mail after you have returned the security token hardware.
1.1.3. If you do not use the ACBA ON-LINE PC-banking service, we invite you to visit a Bank branch and fill out an application for ACBA ON-LINE services. You will subsequently receive the ACBA Mobile app activation code on your e-mail.
How to activate the newly downloaded ACBA Mobile application in cases of damage or loss of the phone, forgotten PIN, or on a new phone?
Please visit the Bank or fill out an electronic application for ACBA Mobile app change on our web site, www.acba.am. In the “Mobile banking change” form located under “Online forms”, please fill out the user name and password for your old mobile banking, as well as the user name for the new mobile token. After you submit the form, our representatives will contact you to confirm and process your request.
When registering, I get the following message: “Could not personalize. Confirm code and try again.” What does this mean?
Please compare the activation code provided by the Bank with the code you entered in the application. The application will display this error message if the code you have entered in the application does not match with the one provided by the Bank. If the code you entered is same as provided by Bank, and you are still getting this error, please contact the Bank’s customer care or visit your nearest branch for further assistance.
When registering, I get the following error: “Could not connect to server. Please check internet connection.” What does this mean?
Please check your phone’s internet connection. If internet connection is not available, please connect to the internet and try executing the activation process again.
When changing my PIN, I get the following error: “PINs do not match. Please enter the same PIN in both fields.” What does this mean?
Please enter the same PIN in both fields for Existing PIN correctly. While entering the New PIN, please also take care to enter the same PIN value in both fields.
Can I use the same activation code to register twice?
NO, you cannot use the same activation code to register multiple times. The activation code can be used for registering only once. If you have performed erase personalization or application reset, you need to contact the Bank to get the new activation code and PIN.
What happens if I enter the incorrect PIN for OTP generation?
The application does not have any way to check the validity of your PIN, so it will generate an OTP for the wrong PIN as well. However, you will not be able to log in or proceed further using that OTP.

When updating the app, please do not uninstall the previous version. If you do so, you will need to undergo the activation procedure again.
