- Transfer speed – the amount becomes available for the recipient within 5-10 minutes,
- The transferred amount is available to the recipient within 180 calendar days, the transfer is payable only to the sender after the expiration of the specified period. Transfer in this status is maintained for 3 years, after which it is considered system ownership,
- There is a maximum transfer limit per one transaction, which shall not exceed 20 000 AMD, 15 000 EUR, 900 000 RUB and AMD, equivalent to the Russian Ruble, calculated at the average exchange rate in the foreign exchange market, published by “UNISTREAM” Bank.
By the system terms, the same person may receive or send:
- Within 1 calendar day – not more than 2 bln RUB or equivalent foreign currency
- Within 1 month – not more than 6 bln RUB or equivalent foreign currency
- Within 3 months – not more than 8 bln RUB or equivalent foreign currency
- In case of transfer/receipt of a higher amount, than those specified above, the System will require:
- Proof of origin of money (for example, loan agreement, real estate or vehicle purchase-sale agreement, bank account or card statement, etc.), as well as additional documents may be required.
Correction and cancellation of transfer data
- Change of transfer data, as well as cancellation is free of charge upon sender's written request and based on the identification document;
- Transfers may not be canceled, if the amount has been paid to the recipient and the recipient refuses to refund the transferred amount;
- If the transfer without an address is canceled within the same banking day, the Bank refunds the transferred amount and the paid commission to the customer. In case of money transfers with an address, the paid commission shall not be refunded;
- If the transferred amount is already paid, the Bank is not responsible for the refund;
- Correction of the errors in the transfer, as well as the cancellation of the transfer, are carried out within the capabilities and timeframes of the transferring and receiving banks;

- The Bank performs the acceptance of the transfer amount, as well as the payment of the received amount to the customer in the transfer currency, as well as in other currency if desired, making conversion;
- The Bank shall not be liable for the consequences, caused by making the customer's transfer code or scanned copy of the document available to the third parties.
Geography
- CIS countries, Europe, Asia, Pacific region and other countries.
- The beneficiary of the transfer may receive the money at any service point in a particular country in case of a transfer without an address.
- In case of transfers with an address, the beneficiary receives the money from the service point indicated by the sender.
- Limit for the transfers to Indonesia, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, Pakistan - maximum amount per transaction 7000 USD, equivalent Euro, Ruble and AMD.
- Limit for transfers from and to Kazakhstan - maximum amount per transaction 10,000 USD, equivalent Euro and Ruble.
- In case of transfers to Georgia, the Unistream system requires to specify:
- Sender’s name, surname, patronymic name
- Sender’s date and place of birth
- Sender’s identification document data (serial number, issue date/validity date)
- Sender’s registration address.
- There is a ban for payments and transfers for the following countries: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Somalia, Yemen, Libya.
The Bank is obliged to provide a document confirming the execution of each transfer, indicating the amount, currency, amount of commission paid and other details.
The Bank may require additional documents, clarifications, materials to find out the purpose and actual beneficiaries of the transaction by the procedure, specified by the RA Law “On Combatting Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing”, and may suspend operations or refuse to perform them, if in the opinion of the Bank, sufficient evidence, supporting the transactions are not presented.
